such stunning image indeed,
One of my favorite DA portraits!
Spread Some DA Love, No. 68
Welcome to the latest installment of my "favorite faves" -- the best, in my opinion, of works I faved recently. Some of these pieces you have no doubt seen; others you may be viewing for the first time. If you come across something you like please let the artist know -- give them some DA love in the form of faves and comments; also take a look at their galleries -- you might like their work so much you'll want to watch them!
Remember, everyone could use a little more DA love!
(Many of the works shown here are included in the galleries of two groups I founded. Visit Ugly-Mug-Portraits ugly-mug-portraits.deviantart.… and Surreal-Landscapes surreal-landscapes.deviantart.… to view even more incredible art created by very talented DA artists in need of your support!)
Really nice work, photo, lighting, clothes and modelling.
thank you very much Salemik
The image is so clean and sharp. Do you do anything special to sharpen in processing? Nothing I do is ever sharp.
image resizing usually needs a little sharpening or you can use bilinear resizing which should work well most of the time without sharpening... give it a try
I was a little confused by your answer at first but are you saying that most of my problems are that I'm uploading full size images and allowing DA to reduce them to say 600 to 800 pixels wide for display and that is ruining them? I suppose I upload the full size file in case someone wants to buy a copy. I really am ignorant about these technical details. There is definately something you are doing right that I'm doing wrong.
now that´s the key of problem.. I upload small resolution - resized, sharp version with logo but later I add a print resolution if I want to... you can do this in picture settings. Deviantart algorythm does not work as perfect as that
I have started doing what you said to do. It turns out I'd forgotten that I have "Genuine Fractals" installed as a PS add on. It does take longer to do and I will end up with endless different versions of everything but I will try to stick to the new way. I've been shooting IR lately and that's not too sharp anyway. I'm sure it will help with regular shots. Thanks for the advice.
Nice work on the black and white tones here. The textures abound against her very smooth skin. I love it.
Exactly, simply fabulous
Oooh. Gorgeous outfit, beautifully modelled and photographed.
I love her tiny waist..

Wow that's an amazing costume! Love the use of accessories and the detail of everything. The model is beautiful too!
